Who We Are
HOA Collections LLC (HOA Collections), a Nevada Corporation and licensed Collection Agency, was formed exclusively to serve the foreclosure needs of Nevada investors, lending institutions, homeowner associations and association management companies. Privately owned and operated, HOA Collections, has built a solid reputation of professionalism, timeliness, attention to detail, and prompt personal service.

Mitch Willet
Owner
Mitch Willet is the Owner of HOA Collections, bringing over 30 years of experience in mortgage default services and HOA lien collections. He began his career with S.B.S. Trust Deed Network in 1992 and became owner in 1998, leading the company’s growth as a trusted provider of foreclosure and collection services.
Mitch has worked closely with lenders, HOAs, and community managers throughout the Western U.S., with a strong understanding of Nevada’s regulatory landscape and the unique needs of its communities. His leadership focuses on delivering efficient, compliant, and results-driven solutions.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of San Diego.
Jennifer Kennick
Executive Vice President
Jennifer Kennick is the Executive Vice President of HOA Collections, bringing over 34 years of experience in the collection industry. She began her career in 1992 with a law firm specializing in HOA lien collections, then worked for a lending institution in their default department before joining the S.B.S. Lien Services team in 1998, where she has continued to grow her expertise and leadership within the industry.
Jennifer is certified to process foreclosures in California, Arizona, and Nevada. She is also an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid bowler who once competed professionally on the Ladies Professional Bowlers Tour and has 25 perfect 300 games to her credit. In her free time, she and her husband enjoy traveling, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends.
Hank Lopez
Client Relationship Manager
Hank Lopez is the Client Relationship Manager for HOA Collections, bringing extensive experience in the default management industry. He began his career at Countrywide Home Loans as the Bankruptcy Manager, and his role evolved over the years to include risk management, vendor management, and property preservation.
Hank has had the unique experience of being both a client and a vendor, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry. His background spans foreclosure publication and posting, marketing management for bankruptcy and foreclosure legal services, and the development of default training materials.
At HOA Collections, Hank is responsible for maintaining current client relationships while introducing prospects to a dedicated team of industry professionals.
Hank resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife Tammy and their son Joseph. He enjoys spending time on the golf course and loves time with his wife, daughter Sarah, her husband Wes, and their grandson Beau.
Samantha O'Connell
Junior Trustee Sale Officer
Samantha O’Connell is a Junior Trustee Sale Officer in Las Vegas who handles payments, account histories, and is learning the ropes of status reports and payment plans. Born in California and raised in Iowa, she spent 12 years back in the Mojave Desert before settling in Henderson with her family in early 2025.
She’s been married for over 13 years to her husband Daniel and they have two energetic boys – James and Henry, as well as their senior dog Cashew. When she is not managing HOA accounts, Samantha loves to travel with her family and visit different parks around town.
